Zapreader...

Lifehacker led to me to a very interesting web app that speeds up a night's web reading.

Zapreader is a nifty little tool that will display inputed text one word at a time, three hundred times a minute. Very good for training you how not to mental speak words when you read them, which can be a huge impediment to reading quickly.
